The Party: Culinary Institute of Charleston students served a fabulous multi-course dinner with wine pairings during this black-tie soiree. Upon arriving at Trident Technical College’s Thornley Campus in North Charleston, guests received a tour through the kitchens, followed by drinks and a performance by the Charleston Jazz Academy. After supper—farro salad, miso-glazed barramundi, and grilled beef tenderloin—the night concluded with a live auction. The event raised nearly $700,000, a record-breaking total, which will go toward funding scholarships and instructional activities through the college.
