Josh Shea serves ballpark classics and elevated fare to hungry fans at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park.
Work & Play: “I played baseball in high school until I had to have knee surgery. It’s cool combining my love of the sport with my food knowledge.”
Breakfast Lesson: “Watching the kids make omelets during brunch camp is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen, with eggs and pans flying across the room.”
Summer Sipper: “We did a really refreshing mint julep at our bar last summer. I also love a really nice Bourbon on ice.”
Batter Up: “When I go to any baseball park, I look for a good corn dog with a crispy batter, a little honey flavor, and an all-beef hot dog.”
Chill Time: “I love to relax with my family, and enjoy going to the beach with my wife and three-year-old daughter.”
