1 qt. apple cider (unsweetened, unfiltered)
1 ½ oz. 95 Bulleit Rye
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3-4 thin slices Honeycrisp apple
Reduce apple cider to half of a cup over high heat. Allow to cool. Fill a lowball glass with ice and pour Bulleit Rye over top, followed by one half ounce cider concentrate and lemon juice. Add bitters, and garnish the rim with apple slices.
