Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS: 

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. strong black coffee
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 bunch dill, finely chopped
Freshly grated horseradish to taste

DIRECTIONS: 

Combine mustard, sugar, coffee, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir in dill and horseradish.
