The pint-size set will dig time-honored festival traditions (think pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting) as well as updates on classic ones (last year, kids played “Pin the ’Stache” on a photo of News 2 chief meteorologist Rob Fowler) at this community event. East Cooper schools will sell concessions to raise funds for their programs.
