Tomato Pineapple-Jalapeño Salsa

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 3 medium ripe tomatoes, cored, seeded, and finely diced
  • 1/2 ripe pineapple, cored and finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded, and minced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tbs. torn fresh cilantro leaves
  • Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS: 

Toss all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
