Stretching Out

Yoloha, the Charleston-based purveyor of eco-friendly adventure gear and cork yoga mats, now gives James Islanders a bright new venue for putting its goods to use. In January, the brand expanded its warehouse space to open Yoloha Yoga Factory. The new studio, catering to beginners and expert yogis alike, offers classes seven days a week, with nine instructors teaching everything from power vinyasa to meditation. The endeavor was a natural next move for the company, whose mission is to send and receive a positive energy: “Aloha is radiated throughout our studio,“ says owner Chris Willey, who brought the family-run biz to the Lowcountry in 2016. 1738 Signal Point Rd., yolohayogafactory.com

Friday, I’m in Love

Lauren Lail, the local designer known for showcasing simple, elegant cuts and high-quality fabrics in her Library by Lauren Lail line, has expanded her focus to pint-sized looks. The Library Littles Weekday Collection debuted on Valentine’s Day with two floaty dresses, a pair of wide-leg pants, and two mix-and-match tops, all in organic bamboo cotton. Kids can combine the “Monday” mock-neck or “Wednesday” ruffle-sleeve top with the comfy “Tuesday” pant and slip into the “Friday” dress for weekend adventures. libraryfashion.com

Something New

Think Charleston has hit capacity for all things bridal? Lori Dunn, owner of ModelBride, the latest boutique in the mix, says, “Think again.” “We are quite unique,” she promises, and it’s true—they don‘t traffic in formal wedding gowns, but instead carry nearly everything else, zeroing in on nontraditional white dresses, “prewedding” attire, and looks for bridesmaids. With accessories galore and an on-site hair and makeup team, the King Street shop is shaping up to be the all-in-one stop bridal parties were missing. 525 King St., modelbride.com

Fab First

Raise a glass of frosé—The Skinny Dip is turning one, and to celebrate, the retail collective hosts a weekend of in-store festivities. From April 6 to 8, shoppers can sip complimentary bubbles and snack on gourmet donuts from bib.on while perusing new spring collections from the shop’s brands. Look out for visiting trunk shows, including one from loungewear company Uwila Warrior, and swing by for a free Pure Barre class on Sunday, with mimosas on the patio to follow. 345 King St., skinnydipcharleston.com
